A few cards using the Fun Fair and London Collection

Hi Everyone,
Today I have a few cards to share with you.
For the first two I have used the Fun Fair  paper Collection which shows all the fun of the fair in bright colours and charming characters.
I used a plain white card for the base. I then used the beautiful papers from the collection and cut two strips and used them as boards down the sides. The image is from the decoupage set which give great dimension to the card as you layer up the pieces.
The sentiments are from a Birthday stamp set by Clearly Besotted.

For this one I made it a little more simple and not so much dimension. The bow was made using a bow die by Tim Holtz, the sentiment is from another stamp set by Clearly Besotted and the wooden key was gifted to me from a sweet friend.
For my last card today I have made a fold up card using the papers from the London collection which is super cute. On this occasion I have used it to make a Birthday card.
I cut out some triangles from the papers and layered them on to some red card stock to make a banner. The Birthday Wishes is out of some thickers from my stash .
I had lots of fun making these cards and they was really quick and easy to put together.
I hope you all have a great weekend.

Second set of Christmas cards!

These are my second lot of Christmas cards. My aim this year is to use up most of my stash I already have to make room for news things next year.

For both of these cards I have used a plain white card base and the pattered papers are (12 days of Christmas by My minds eye). The embellishments are all stickers I have had for a while.

These cards are quite simple but still really cute and a great way to use up those odd bits you may have laying around.

I would love to hear your ideas on how you use up your stash. Have a awesome day and have fun creating.

First set of Christmas cards this year!

These are my first set of Christmas cards this year. I found this sweet little angle stamp in the 'Works' really cheap.

The base for both these cards is plain white card stock with a scalloped edge. For the pattered papers I used (12 days of Christmas by my minds eye). The wreath embellishment again is from the works and they come as a pack of  five.
Both wood sentiments I have coloured with my makers and added some stickles.
I have finished them off by adding a few sequins and Stickles to both of the images too.
I had lots of fun making these and looking forward to using this sweet image on other projects.

A sweet bag!

Hi Guys!
Today I have a sweet bag to share with you. This is a project I found on Pinterest,I had seen many different ones and thought I would give it a go myself and this is how they turned out.

They are so cute and can be used in many different ways.

For this one I used Tim Holtz papers and some black card for my base.
The doily is a Spellbinders die which has a center cut out from the patterned papers. This is quite plain but you can decorate them as much as you like.

As this one is for myself I have just stored some handmade cards in them.

For my second one I had a sweet friend of mine in mind. She has a beautiful baby girl and I thought this would be really sweet  mini album and a way for her to store picture's of her little one.

This has been made in the exactly same way. The patterned paper's used is New Arrival by Forever Friends, they are so cute and come with many different cut out which I have used on the front.
To finish them off I have used a few border punches to add decorative edges and embellishments.

I think this a such a sweet little gift and can't wait to make some more.
Thanks for stopping by today guys!

Quick card share!

Hi everyone!

Today I have a quick and easy card to share with you today. Sometimes if you are like me I don't have time to sit and get all my embellishments out I need a quick and simple card I can put together in a few minutes and this is one of those cards.

I used a white card base which I had got as a pack of 10 with envelopes, I then layered two pieces of coloured card stock from my stash in Baby Blue and pink.
The pattered papers I used is by First Edition(spring drop) Which I also used to paper piece on the girl image. The image is a Kanban stamp called Urban Belles-Love Hearts.

I then used and few buttons and a odd piece of ribbon I had, which is also a great way to use up all those little bits and bobs of scraps you have laying around.

Hugs
