Three cards using the Roald Dahl Collection.

Hi Everyone,
Today I have three cards to share with you. For all three of these cards I have used the wonderful collection by Roald Dahl which features four stories; Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, The BFG, Fantastic Mr Fox and The Enormous Crocodile.

For this one I have used a 5 by 5 inches white card base. The bubbles patterned paper from the collection as well as the image and post card.
The Happy and Birthday are stamps from Clearly Besotted.

The Ribbon on this card is also part of the collection and comes with three other trims that match the collection. The Hello is a die from Clearly Besotted.

I used to love  reading Roald Dahl as a child and my children enjoy them now too.
I had so much fun making these cards and brought back great memories.
I would love to know if you read these as a child and which was your favorite?

Second set of Christmas cards!

These are my second lot of Christmas cards. My aim this year is to use up most of my stash I already have to make room for news things next year.

For both of these cards I have used a plain white card base and the pattered papers are (12 days of Christmas by My minds eye). The embellishments are all stickers I have had for a while.

These cards are quite simple but still really cute and a great way to use up those odd bits you may have laying around.

I would love to hear your ideas on how you use up your stash. Have a awesome day and have fun creating.

First set of Christmas cards this year!

These are my first set of Christmas cards this year. I found this sweet little angle stamp in the 'Works' really cheap.

The base for both these cards is plain white card stock with a scalloped edge. For the pattered papers I used (12 days of Christmas by my minds eye). The wreath embellishment again is from the works and they come as a pack of  five.
Both wood sentiments I have coloured with my makers and added some stickles.
I have finished them off by adding a few sequins and Stickles to both of the images too.
I had lots of fun making these and looking forward to using this sweet image on other projects.

A sweet bag!

Hi Guys!
Today I have a sweet bag to share with you. This is a project I found on Pinterest,I had seen many different ones and thought I would give it a go myself and this is how they turned out.

They are so cute and can be used in many different ways.

For this one I used Tim Holtz papers and some black card for my base.
The doily is a Spellbinders die which has a center cut out from the patterned papers. This is quite plain but you can decorate them as much as you like.

As this one is for myself I have just stored some handmade cards in them.

For my second one I had a sweet friend of mine in mind. She has a beautiful baby girl and I thought this would be really sweet  mini album and a way for her to store picture's of her little one.

This has been made in the exactly same way. The patterned paper's used is New Arrival by Forever Friends, they are so cute and come with many different cut out which I have used on the front.
To finish them off I have used a few border punches to add decorative edges and embellishments.

I think this a such a sweet little gift and can't wait to make some more.
Thanks for stopping by today guys!
